St. Pete Beach Condo and Mold Remediation

This small bathroom in a condo in St. Pete Beach started a mold patch that spread out into the main living area. The winter residents had not yet arrived for the season, and this gave the fungi a chance to expand to other areas unnoticed. A neighbor called our SERVPRO franchise immediately, having used our services herself, several years back. We fixed the faulty o-ring in the sink fixture to prevent further moisture from collecting. We did remove this section of the wall but salvaged the drywall in the living area by killing the mold and priming that section with a mold and mildew inhibiting paint. We treated with an anti-fungal agent, deodorized the small condo with a fogger, and the snowbirds arrived in town "Like it never even happened."
