Tierra Verde Commercial Water Damage

The corridor in this elderly health care facility suffered water damage from an overflowing sink in one of the clients' room. Luckily, the water was clean tap water, and the carpets were industrial grade without any padding. Since a nominal amount of water was soaked into the flooring, our SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches South / West St. Petersburg quickly suctioned up the water and set up these heated dehumidifiers to capture the remaining humidity that was still on the carpet and the air. We lightly sprayed a disinfectant as a precaution without disturbing the residents. In less than a full day, we restored the water damaged commercial facility to regular, unobtrusive operations.
